Privacy Policy
How personal information is collected, used and protected across this site.
Last updated July 2026
PureWeRaise does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to pureweraise.com and to every form, account and message that runs through it. It explains what personal information is gathered, why it is needed, who it may be shared with and what control a visitor keeps over it.
Using the site, creating an account or submitting a form means this policy applies to that activity. Anyone who does not agree with how information is handled here should stop using the site and avoid submitting details through it.
Information Provided Directly
Certain details are collected only because a visitor chooses to enter them. That includes the following.
- Name, email address and phone number entered on the sign up form.
- The password created for an account, stored in a protected form.
- Name, email address, subject and message text submitted through the contact form.
- The consent selections made during sign up, including which types of message were agreed to.
Fields marked as needed must be completed for a form to be processed. Nothing beyond those fields is required, and no sensitive health record, diagnosis or medical file is ever requested through this site.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard technical details are recorded whenever a page loads. These generally include the browser and device type, the operating system, an abbreviated network address, the pages viewed, the referring source and the date and time of the visit.
This information is used to keep the site stable, to spot faults and abuse, and to understand which notes readers actually open. It is reviewed in aggregate rather than as a way of identifying an individual reader.
How Information Is Used
Personal information is used to answer the messages that arrive, to create and maintain accounts, to deliver the updates a reader agreed to receive, to keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations that apply to the operator of the site.
Information is not used to build profiles for sale, and it is not passed to unrelated companies so they can market their own products.
Text Message and Email Communications
Text messages are only sent to a number when consent for that category of message was given during sign up. Service messages cover account and enrollment matters, wellness check ins, reminders and follow ups. Marketing messages cover programs, plans, resources and offers. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of using the site.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP to any message ends that stream of messages, and replying HELP returns support information. Email updates include a way to unsubscribe in every message.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and similar storage may be used to keep a session active, to remember preferences and to measure general traffic patterns. Most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or cleared through their settings.
Blocking cookies is a valid choice, though some parts of the site may behave differently or require details to be entered again after doing so.
Sharing With Service Providers
Some routine functions depend on outside providers, such as website hosting, email delivery, text message delivery, security screening and traffic measurement. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and are required to protect it.
They are not permitted to use that information for their own marketing or to disclose it to anyone else outside the service they provide.
Legal and Protective Disclosures
Information may be disclosed where the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order or lawful request from a public authority. It may also be disclosed where disclosure is reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, to protect the rights and safety of readers or the operator of the site, or to enforce the terms that govern the site.
Business Transfers
If the site is ever transferred to another owner, whether through a sale, merger or similar arrangement, stored information may move with it. Any recipient would remain bound by the commitments described in this policy, including the commitment set out at the top of this page.
Data Retention
Information is kept only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as a legal or record keeping obligation requires. Account details remain while the account is active. Contact form messages are kept long enough to resolve the request and to maintain a reasonable record of correspondence.
When information is no longer needed it is deleted or reduced to a form that can no longer identify a person.
Security
Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used to protect stored information, including encrypted transmission, restricted access and protected password storage. No method of transmission or storage can be described as completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
Anyone who believes an account has been accessed without permission should get in touch using the details at the end of this page so the account can be reviewed.
Choices and Rights
Depending on where a reader lives, the following options may be available.
- Ask what personal information is held and request a copy of it.
- Ask for inaccurate details to be corrected.
- Ask for personal information to be deleted, where no legal duty requires it to be kept.
- Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time without affecting access to the site.
Requests are handled through the contact details listed below. Verification may be requested first so that information is never released to the wrong person.
Privacy of Younger Visitors
This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. Accounts are limited to people who are at least eighteen years old. If information belonging to a child has been submitted, get in touch using the details below and it will be removed.
Links to Other Sites
Some notes may link to outside resources for further reading. Those sites operate under their own privacy practices, which are not controlled or monitored here. Reviewing the policy of any site before sharing details with it is always sensible.
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as the site changes or as legal requirements shift. The revised version replaces the previous one from the moment it appears here, and the date shown at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
